Payment fuel cards for legal persons

LUKOIL payment card is the most convenient transfer settlement for companies, organizations and farms, allowing them to purchase fuel, goods and services at LUKOIL fuel filling stations both in the territory of the Republic of Latvia and beyond its boundaries.

During the period of validity of the Contract, LUKOIL payment cards are made, issued and attended WITHOUT charge, therefore every employee of your company can receive and use his/her LUKOIL payment card. LUKOIL payment cards are very convenient and simple to use and check. Each card has a PIN (identification) code of its own, which protects client’s cash in case of losing the card.

LUKOIL payment cards allow their user to receive flexible discounts, as well as to reimburse value added tax on transactions made beyond the territory of Latvia. LUKOIL discount system is connected with the quantities of fuel you have purchased at "LUKoil Baltija R" Ltd fuel filling stations. The more you buy, the greater the discounts you get.

LUKOIL payment cards can be designed for different combinations of services (choosing one or more kinds of fuel, with or without additional services). A total limit for the month in LVL can be set on LUKOIL payment cards. You can check the card account every day at the beginning of the current day, by means of e-mail, SMS or telephone (+371) 67066437, (+371) 67066427. You will receive a detailed report on card usage together with the bill by mail and/or electronic mail.

Types of payment cards

Legal persons are offered two kinds of LUKOIL payment cards:

• debit cards (prepayment);
• credit cards.

On choosing a prepayment card, you will be able to:

• conveniently purchase the card – in order to buy a LUKOIL debit card, the client has to produce businessman’s registration certificate, value added taxpayer’s registration certificate and a document confirming  the right to signature on behalf of company;
• it is not necessary to pay for the whole month at once. The client chooses when and how much to pay. Debit card can be used only in case if it has the required amount;
• users of debit cards are offered very flexible conditions for purchasing fuel;
• the bill will be sent to the pointed address;
• the account balance of debit cards can be learnt every day via electronic mail, SMS or telephone (+371) 67066437, (+371) 67066427.

On choosing a credit card, the client is offered:

• free credit up to 40 days;
• when making a contract, the client has to produce businessman’s registration certificate, value added taxpayer’s registration certificate and a document confirming the right to signature on behalf of company, balance sheet, and profit or loss calculation;
• the number of payment cards is unlimited;
• by the fifth day of each month a report on payment card account is sent by post and/or electronic mail. Bills are made out on the basis of cash system receipts and the monthly report on payment card account.

Where and how to purchase LUKOIL payment cards?

All necessary information is available at the nearest "LUKoil Baltija R" Ltd fuel filling station, or by telephone (+371) 67 066 437, (+371) 67 066 427.

In order to receive debit cards, the client has to fill out a card application form and together with a businessman’s registration certificate, value added taxpayer’s registration certificate and a document confirming the right to signature on behalf of company (duplicates of documents are required), send by fax (+371) 67 066 407), electronic mail (s.bulduris@lukoil.lv ) or submit to the nearest "LUKoil Baltija R" Ltd fuel filling station. We shall make the cards and within five days invite you to sign a prepared contract and receive the cards.

In order to get credit cards, the client has to fill out a card application form and together with a businessman’s registration certificate, value added taxpayer’s registration certificate, a document confirming the right to signature on behalf of company, balance sheet, and profit or loss calculation (duplicates of documents are required), send by fax (+371) 67 066 407, electronic mail (s.bulduris@lukoil.lv ) or submit to the nearest "LUKoil Baltija R" Ltd fuel filling station. We shall make the cards and within ten days invite you to sign a prepared contract and receive the cards.

What to do in case of losing the card?

In case LUKOIL payment card has been lost or stolen, the card user must immediately contact "LUKoil Baltija R" Ltd:

• during the working hours (08:15–12:00; 12:45–17:00) administration by telephone (+371) 67066400;
• any other time call any “LUKoil Baltija R” Ltd fuel filling station, and inform the staff about the loss of card;
• send a written application concerning closing off the card by fax (+371) 67066442 and the original by post.
